摘　　要：伊朗海洋渔业资源丰富,随着我国过洋性渔业的发展,结合"一带一路"发展战略,中伊双边渔业合作前景广阔。论文在收集大量的伊朗捕捞业、养殖业及相关政策管理文件等基础上,结合伊朗国情,从伊朗近年来的渔业发展状况着手,通过SWOT模型分析,剖析伊朗渔业资源潜力、渔业管理政策、渔业发展趋势等,从战略角度提出中伊两国渔业合作前景的可行性以及对策,以促进渔业合作规范有序开展,互惠共赢。Iran is with abundant marine fishery resources. With the development of China＇s oversea fishing industry, bilateral fishery cooperation between Iran and China is primosing under the guide of ＇One Belt and One Road＇. The paper not only reviews the present developing situation of Iranian fishery, but also carry on the deep analysis of the Iranian fishery resources, Iranian politics and management of fishery and the future trend of Iranian fishery through collecting and clearing up lots of reference dates and literature about capture and aquaculture and so on. By conducting the professional evaluations and researches, under the analysis the model of SWOT to dissect the challenges and chances in the future cooperation, finally the paper gives some constructive responses from the angle of the Sino-Iran strategic cooperation to promote win-win standardized and orderly.
