摘 要:综述了硬质合金电化学腐蚀行为的研究现状,重点分析了晶粒尺寸、粘结相成分(Co、Ni等)、烧结工艺、添加的合金元素(Cr、Ti、V、Al)等内在因素对硬质合金电化学腐蚀行为的影响,讨论了工作温度、腐蚀介质以及表面处理等外在因素对硬质合金腐蚀的影响。通过分析发现晶粒尺寸在不同腐蚀介质中的影响效果不一致,粘结相Ni比Co更耐腐蚀,合理的烧结工艺和适当添加合金元素均可提高硬质合金的耐腐蚀能力;相比工作温度,腐蚀介质对硬质合金的腐蚀影响更大,腐蚀介质不同,腐蚀行为不同,腐蚀速率也不同,对硬质合金进行表面处理也可改善其耐腐蚀的能力。Research progress is reviewed on the electrochemical corrosion behavior of cemented carbide. The effects of the internal factors are emphatically analyzed such as grain size,bonding phase composition (Ni, Co and so on),sintering process and added alloying elements (Cr,Ti,V,A1) on the electrochemical corrosion behavior of cemented carbides. The effects of the external factors are discussed such as working tem- perature, corrosive medium and surface treatment on the corrosion of cemented carbides. It is found that the effect of grain size is inconsistent in different corrosive media. The bonding phase Ni is more resistant to corrosion than Co,and reasonable sintering technology and appropriate addition of alloying elements can improve the corrosion resistance of cemented carbides. Compared with working temperature, the corrosive medium has more influence on the corrosion of cemented carbides, and different corrosive media lead to dif- ferent corrosion behavior and corrosion rate. The surface treatment of the cemented carbide can improve its corrosion resistance.
