摘 要:目的:为探讨草麻黄Ephedra sinica Stapf对土壤酶活性及活性有机碳的影响及其机理,揭示其对土壤养分利用的机制,为其人工栽培技术提供理论支撑。方法:选择河北省旱作区不同密度野生草麻黄地土壤,对比玉米田和空地土壤,研究草麻黄对土壤酶活性与活性有机碳含量的影响。结果:草麻黄地土壤过氧化氢酶活性显著低于空地高于玉米地,脲酶活性和蔗糖酶活性显著高于空地。随着草麻黄密度和生物量的增加,土壤过氧化氢酶活性和脲酶活性呈下降趋势,蔗糖酶活性呈先升后降趋势。草麻黄地土壤总有机碳(TOC)含量显著高于空地,活性有机碳(AOC)含量低于空地。随着草麻黄密度和生物量的增加TOC含量呈先升后降趋势,AOC含量呈先降后升趋势。土壤pH值与过氧化氢酶呈极显著正相关,与脲酶呈显著负相关,与AOC呈极显著正相关,与AOC/TOC呈显著正相关,蔗糖酶活性与TOC呈显著正相关,与AOC/TOC呈显著负相关。结论:草麻黄通过根系分泌物及残体脱落影响土壤TOC组分变化、pH值及酶活性,促进土壤养分循环,以适应贫瘠的环境条件。草麻黄高产栽培适应于养分转化较快的沙壤土。Objective:To study the effect of Ephedra sinica on the soil enzyme activity and active organic carbon, reveal the utilization mechanism of Ephedra sinica to soil nutrient, and to provide theoretical support to artificial cultivation technology. Methods : The effect of Ephedra sinica on the soil enzyme activity and active organic carbon in the soil of corn field and the soil of open land were stud- ied by the comparison of the soil with different densities of wild Ephedra sinica in dryland farming areas of Hebei Province. Results :The soil catalase activity in wild Ephedra sinica field was significantly lower than that in the open land, but higher than that in the corn field. The urease activity and invertase activity in wild Ephedra sinica field was significantly higher than that in the open land. With the density and biomass of wild Ephedrae sinica increasing, the soil catalase activity and urease activity showed a downward trend, the in- vertase activity showed the trend of first increased and then decreased. The total organic carbon ( TOC ) content in wild Ephedra sinica soil was significantly higher than that in the open land, but the active organic carbon (AOC) content was lower than that in the open land. With the increasing of the wild Ephedra sinica density and biomass, the TOC content showed the trend of first increased and then decreased, and the AOC content showed the trend of first decreased and then increased. Soil pH value showed extremely significant positive correlation with catalase ,.while significantly negative correlation with urease, extremely significant positive correlation with AOC, and significantly positive correlation with AOC/TOC. The invertase activity showed significantly positive correlation with TOC, and showed a significantly negative correlation with AOC/TOC. Conclusion: Ephedra sinica through root exudates and debris shedding affect the change of soil TOC components, pH value and enzyme activity, and then promotes the soil nutrient cycling and to adapt to the poo
