摘 要:本文基于pkpm系列结构软件的应用,探讨了单座、多座储罐与设备联体的带支腿立式钢储罐、卧式储罐和球罐基础设计的计算方法,以规范法、"等效比拟法"对比分析了储罐整体作用效应的计算结果。结果表明:地震作用时,联体基础整体共同作用较单座储罐基础作用效应更为不利,采用"等效比拟法"可实现单、多座储罐,或与设备联体基础共同作用计算以及特殊储罐基础整体计算。其中对于带支腿立式储罐基础的支腿最不利压力与手算结果基本一致,拉力和水平力计算结果偏大,基础设计偏于安全,故适用于总高度不大于10m的带支腿储罐基础设计。对于卧式储罐和球罐基础计算结果可满足工程精度,实现电算化。Based on the application of PKPM series software structure,this paper discusses foundation design and calculation methods of single base,multi-base tank,vertical steel storage tank with legs linking with equipment,horizontal tank and spherical tank. Calculation results of tank overall effect were compared and analyzed by regulation method and " equivalent analogy method". Results show that the under seismic action,the combination effect of couplet foundation is more disadvantageous than single-base tank foundation effect,and using " equivalent" analogy method can realize foundation calculation for single base,multi base storage tank,or cooperation with the device base and special tank. The most disadvantageous compressive force of leg of vertical tank with leg is coincident with manual calculation,while the calculation results of tensile force and horizontal force are bigger,so the foundation design should be safe,and is suitable for the foundation design of storage tank with leg not higher than 10 meter. Foundation calculation results of horizontal storage tank and spherical tank can satisfy the engineering precision and realize computerization.
