摘　　要：本文从游牧式工厂建厂原因、建厂规划、建厂投产效果等方面介绍了游牧式构件预制厂的建设过程,并根据实际情况从生产产能、生产成本等因素分析游牧式工厂的整体效益。通过实践证明游牧式预制构件厂可以满足部分项目运输难度大或者部分项目周围没有产业基地的构件供应要求,为其他有实施意愿的施工企业提供了借鉴。This paper introduces the construction process of the nomadic prefabricated concrete component factory from the reasons of the factory building,the planning and the effect of the components production. According to the actual situation of production capacity and production cost,this paper analyzes the overall benefit of the nomadic factory. It proves that the nomadic factory can meet the requirement of projects which have difficulties in transportation or projects far from factory. This paper can provide references and methods for other construction enterprises with the intention of implementation.
