摘 要:目的:本研究运用网络药理学方法研究藏药三果汤防治高原红细胞增多症(HAPC)作用机制,旨在探索性研究藏医药治疗特色病种多维研究方法,并对临床用药提供科学理论依据。方法:利用TCMSP数据库筛选出三果汤复方化合物中的有效成分群,针对HAPC机制,通过PharmMapper服务器进行靶点的预测分析。将得到的潜在靶点导入MAS3.0数据库进行靶点注释与分析,最后结合KEGG数据库进行通路分析。结果:共预测得到三果汤潜在靶点193个和70条信号通路,其中有24个靶点和25条通路与HAPC有关。结论:实验结果表明,三果汤多元酚、黄酮类和萜类等成分可能通过参与细胞增殖、氧化反应、内分泌代谢、炎症反应等过程,增强机体免疫功能及低氧应激能力,从而多靶点、多通路协同发挥抗HAPC的作用。Objective:To study the mechanism of Tibetan medicine Sanguo Tang for prevention and treatment of high altitude polycythemia(HAPC) by network pharmacology,aim to explore the multidimensional methods of Tibetan medicine treatment of characteristic diseases,and to provide scientific theory for clinical drug use.Methods:The TCMSP database was used to analyze the effective components in Sanguo Tang,and the targets were predicted by PharmMapper server according to HAPC mechanism.The potential targets were introduced into the MAS3.0 database for target annotation and analysis,and finally the KEGG database was used to analyze the pathways.Results:A total of 193 potential targets and 70 signal transduction pathways were identified.24 targets and 25 pathways were associated with HAPC.Conclusion:The results showed that the polyphenols,flavonoids and terpenoids of Sanguo Tang can enhance the immune function and hypoxia stress by participating in the process of cell proliferation,oxidation,endocrine metabolism and inflammation,and then through multiple target and multi-channel synergy to play the role of anti high altitude polycythemia.
