不同比例淫羊藿、蛇床子及川续断提取物配方的抗骨质疏松模型活性研究

摘　　要：目的将淫羊藿、蛇床子及川续断提取物以不同比例组方,采用大鼠骨质疏松模型,筛选出具有良好抗骨质疏松活性的最佳配比组方。方法以维甲酸构建大鼠骨质疏松模型,将淫羊藿,蛇床子及川续断提取物以不同比例组方,考察不同配比的的复方对大鼠血清磷(P)、血清钙(Ca)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)以及抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(Sta ACP)等生化指标以及大鼠股骨质等指标的影响。结果以淫羊藿提取物,蛇床子提取物及川续断提取物以不同比例配伍的复方均对骨质疏松大鼠具有一定的抗骨质疏松药理活性,其中以2∶1∶1配伍时,抗骨质疏松活性最为显著。结论所筛选出的以淫羊藿提取物,蛇床子提取物及川续断提取物以2∶1∶1配伍的提取物复方有望开发为治疗骨质疏松新药。Objective To filtrate the optimal-ratio prescription with good Anti-osteoporosis activity from different proportions of epimedium,fructus cnidii and dipsacus asper extracts by the use of rat osteoporosis model. Method The rat osteoporosis model was established by retinoic acid,different prescriptions with different proportions of epimedium,fructus cnidii and dipsacus asper extracts were composed,and effects of different proportions of the compound on biochemical indexes such as P,Ca,ALP and Sta ACP in the rat＇s serum as well as femoral bone quality were investigated. Result Different proportions of the compound with epimedium,fructus cnidii and dipsacus asper extracts all had certain anti-osteoporosis activity for osteoporotic rat,when it was 2： 1： 1,the anti-osteoporosis activity was the most significant. Conclusion the compound of epimedium,fructus cnidii and dipsacus asper extracts with a 2： 1： 1 compatibility is expected to be a new medicine for the treatment of osteoporosis.
