广西艾滋病警示性宣传教育+综合防控干预创新模式的建立及实施效果

摘　　要：目的探索艾滋病警示性宣传教育+综合防控干预创新模式的建立,总结其对提高社会公众和高危人群知晓率的实施效果。方法通过流行病学调查掌握广西艾滋病疫情流行特征及其影响因素,并将其转化为宣传教育+综合防控干预的新策略、新措施、新模式;对社会公众及高危人群进行有针对性、警示性、有效性的艾滋病综合防控干预创新模式。结果 2012~2016年广西新报告的艾滋病病例数及艾滋病死亡病例数逐年减少。广西农村留守老人艾滋病相关知识的整体知晓率由80.8%提高至94.0%;广西流动人口艾滋病相关知识的整体知晓率由83.8%提高至99.0%,发生高危性行为时的自觉使用安全套率由约60%提高到约90%;广西城镇居民、农村居民、校内青少年和校外青少年等公众人群以及吸毒人群、暗娼人群、男男性行为人群等高危人群的艾滋病相关知识知晓率均在90%以上。结论广西率先建立并实施艾滋病警示性宣传教育+综合防控干预创新模式,该模式可全面提高社会公众和高危人群的艾滋病相关知识知晓率,有效遏制广西艾滋病疫情的快速增长,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the establishment of alarming publicity,education,comprehensive-innovative prevention and control model of AIDS,and to summarize the implementation efficacy of the model for improving the awareness rate in the public and high-risk population. Methods The epidemiological characteristics and its influencing factors of AIDS in Guangxi were investigated by an epidemiological survey,then were translated into new strategies,new measures and new models of publicity,education,comprehensive prevention and control. The targeted,alarming and effective comprehensive-innovative prevention and control for AIDS was conducted in the public and high-risk population. Results The newly reported AIDS cases and deaths of AIDS reduced by the years from 2012 to 2016. The overall awareness rate of knowledge about AIDS of the left-behind elderly in rural areas of Guangxi increased from 80. 8% to 94. 0%. In the floating population of Guangxi,the overall awareness rate of knowledge about AIDS increased from 83. 8% to 99. 0%,and the rate for conscious condom use in high-risk behaviors increased from about 60. 0% to 90. 0%. The overall awareness rates of knowledge about AIDS were higher than 90% in the public（ including urban population,rural population,adolescents at school and outside school） and high-risk population（ including drug users,unregistered prostitutes and men who have sex with men）. Conclusion The alarming publicity,education,comprehensive-innovative prevention and control model of AIDS is established and implemented firstly in Guangxi. This model can improve the awareness rate of knowledge about AIDS in all aspects in the public and high-risk population,can suppress effectively the rapid increase of the AIDS epidemic in Guangxi,and is worthy of further promotion.
