摘  要:针对GC6910高速工业缝纫机存在的振动噪声问题,对GC6910高速工业缝纫机的机壳工作面板进行了振动测试试验。试验中,根据各传动机构所在位置以及机壳工作面板前6阶固有频率,在机壳工作面板上选取15个测试点,每次试验选取了其中4个测试点,利用加速度传感器在不同转速下进行了多通道并行采集。计算了加速度有效值,同时绘制了各测试点振动加速度随转速变化曲线,由曲线特性分析可得影响整机振动最大的两点,对影响最大的两点所对应的传动机构分3次拆卸并进行了重新测试。试验结果表明:旋梭机构和刺布挑线机构是整机振动的主要源头,需要进行动平衡优化。Aiming at the vibration noise problem of GC6910 high speed industrial sewing machine,the vibration test on the chassis working panel of GC6910 high speed industrial sewing machine was carried out. In the test,15 test points were selected on the chassis working panel according to the position of the transmission mechanism and the 6 th order natural frequency of the chassis working panel. Four test points were selected for each test,and the acceleration sensor was used at different speeds for multi-channel parallel acquisition. The effective value of the acceleration was calculated at the same time the test point vibration acceleration with the speed curve was drew,the curve characteristics can be affected by the vibration of the machine to maximize the two points,the transmission mechanism corresponding to the two most influential points was demolished and retested three times. The results of the test show that the hooking mechanism and the sprint fastening mechanism are the main source of the whole vibration,and the dynamic balance optimization is needed.
