摘 要:为了提高主动配电网(active distribution network,ADN)内设备的互操作性以及信息通信系统的实用性,提出了一种基于IEC61850标准和多代理系统(multi-agent system,MAS)的ADN信息通信架构以及基于万维网服务(Web Service)的通信流程。首先基于IEC61850-7-420分布式能源标准和IEC61400-25-2风电标准新定义的逻辑节点对ADN"源、网、荷"设备的统一信息建模进行归纳与分析;然后利用IEC61850定义的信息模型作为代理间消息传递的统一形式,将其映射到代理通信语言(agent communication language,ACL)的本体元素中,实现IEC61850和MAS的融合,并给出了基于Java语言的代理开发框架(agent development framework,JADE)平台上的映射实例;最后通过将跨平台Web Service引入到代理通信架构,实现了多代理和Web Service的双向互联。仿真试验验证了ADN代理之间通信以及利用Web Service进行跨平台通信的可行性。In order to improve interactive operation of equipment in the active distribution network (ADN) and practice of the information communication system, the paper presents a kind of ADN information on IEC 61850 and multi-agent system (MAS) and communication flow based on Web Service. Firstly, it summarizes and ana-lyzes unified information modeling for ADN source, network and load equipment based on IEC 61850-distributed energy and logic node newly defined by IEC 61400-25-2 standard about wind power. Then it takes the information model defined by IEC 61850 as an unified form for message transfer among agents and thereafter maps the model to ontology elements of agent communication language so as to realize integration of IEC 61850 and MAS. It also introduces actual map-ping examples on the agent development framework (JADE) based on Java language. Finally, by introducing cross-platformWeb Service intro the agent communication framework, bilateral interconnection of multi-agent and Web Service is rea--ized. On the basis of simulating experiment , it verifies feasibility of communication amongcommunication by using Web Service.
