摘  要:综述了近10年间数值模拟在挤出口模应用中的研究进展,详细介绍了异型材挤出口模、气辅挤出和共挤出的数值模拟研究成果。在异型材挤出口模方面,其难点在于复杂流道结构的设计,而利用Polyflow软件指导实际的复杂口模设计取得了显著进展;气辅挤出以及气辅共挤成型能够明显降低挤出胀大比,利用数值模拟虽对气辅挤出成型进行了理论探索,但在大型工业化应用上仍存在许多不足;在共挤出仿真过程中,Polyflow软件可较好地预测简单截面口模共挤出的挤出界面位置。This paper overviewed research progresses in numerical simulation of extrusion die application in the recent decade.Research findings in the numerical simulation of extrusion die,gas-assisted extrusion and co-extrusion were introduced in detail.The complex flow channel structure was considered as a difficulty for the design of profile dies,and a significant progress in the design of complex dies was achieved with the aid of Polyflow~? software.Compared with traditional extrusion,gas-assisted extrusion and gas-assisted co-extrusion had more advantages for reducing die-swell ratio. Simulation of gas-assisted extrusion only provided a theoretical evaluation,and however,it was still in shortage of enough applications in large-scale industrialization.Polyflowsoftware could approximately predict the location of interfaces for extrudates during simple die extrusion.
