摘　　要：目的:探讨米氮平联合匹维溴铵治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效及对血浆神经肽Y水平的影响。方法:选取2016年2月—2017年2月武警浙江省总队嘉兴医院收治的肠易激综合征患者78例作为研究对象,以随机双色球分组法分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组患者给予匹维溴铵治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用米氮平治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后血浆神经肽Y水平。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为92.31%(36/39),明显高于对照组的76.92%(30/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者神经肽Y水平为(53.86±11.27)ng/L,明显高于对照组的(43.21±8.46)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米氮平联合匹维溴铵治疗肠易激综合征的疗效较好,有助于血浆神经肽Y水平的改善。OBJECTIVE：To probe into the efficacy of mirtazapine combined with pinaverium bromide in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome and its effects on levels of plasma neuropeptide Y .METHODS：78 patients with irritable bowel syndrome admitted into Jiaxing Hospital of Zhejiang Armed Police Corps from Feb .2016 to Feb.2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via double chromospheres grouping , with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given pinaverium bromide , while the observation group was treated with mirtazapine based on the control group .Clinical efficacy and levels of plasma neuropeptide Y of two groups before and after treatment were observed.RESULTS：The total effective rate of observation group （92.31%, 36/39） was significantly higher than that of the control group （ 76.92%, 30/39 ） , with statistically significant difference （ P〈0.05 ）; after treatment, level of neuropeptide Y of observation group was （53.86 ±11.27） ng/L, which was significantly higher than that of the control group [ （ 43.21 ±8.46 ） ng/L ] , with statistically significant difference （ P 〈0.05 ） . CONCLUSIONS：The efficacy of mirtazapine combined with pinaverium bromide in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome is remarkable , which contributes to the improvement of levels of plasma neuropeptide Y .
