摘 要:目的:了解安徽省立医院(以下简称"我院")静脉用药的药品说明书中给药途径标注现状,促进临床合理用药。方法:收集我院静脉用药调配中心目前在用的静脉用药的药品说明书170份,参照药品说明书中"静脉注射""静脉滴注""静脉推注"内容,进行分类统计,查询《新编药物学》(16版)、《临床静脉用药调配与使用指南》等对相关内容进行核对。结果:170份静脉用药的药品说明书中共涉及7种给药途径的表述方式,其中"静脉注射"给药途径在药品说明书中指代不清。60份含有"静脉注射"的药品说明书中,又可分为"静脉注射"指静脉注射,不包含静脉滴注;仅"静脉注射";"静脉注射"指静脉给药,包含静脉滴注与静脉注射等类型。仅提及"静脉注射"的10份药品说明书中,具体给药途径又可分为"静脉注射"指静脉注射,不包含静脉滴注(6份,占60.00%);"静脉注射"指静脉给药,包含静脉滴注与静脉注射(4份,40.00%)。由上得出,"静脉注射"仅指静脉注射给药,不包含静脉滴注给药(47份,占78.33%);"静脉注射"指静脉给药,包含静脉滴注与静脉注射(13份,占21.67%)。结论:由于不同厂家对于"静脉注射"的理解不同,导致临床医师、药师及护士无法迅速、准确地获知药品的正确用法,增加了临床用药的潜在危险。因此,药品监管部门、制药企业及医院等应明确职责,加强合作,促进药品说明书的不断完善,使其更好地服务于临床。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the current status of route of administration in 170 cases of intravenous drug instructions from PIVAS in Anhui Provincial Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as"our hospital") , so as to promote the rational drug application in clinic .METHODS:By reference to "intravenous injection","intravenous drip" and"venous pushing injection" in drug instructions , 170 cases of intravenous drug instructions from PIVAS were collected to be statistically classified , relevant content was checked by retrieving New Materia Medica ( 16th Edition ) and Guidelines for the Preparation and Application of Clinical Intravenous Drugs . RESULTS:Of the 170 cases of intravenous drug instructions , 7 kinds of routes of administration were involved , among which "intravenous injection"of route of administration was not clear in intravenous drug instructions .The 60 cases of intravenous drug instructions containing "intravenous injection" could be divided into three types , "intravenous injection" indicated intravenous injection without intravenous drip;"intravenous injection" alone; "intravenous injection" referred to intravenous administration including intravenous drip and intravenous injection . As for 10 intravenous drug instructions for"intravenous injection" alone , specific routes of administration could be divided into "intravenous injection" indicated intravenous injection without intravenous drip (6 cases, 60.00%) and"intravenous injection" referred to intravenous administration including intravenous drip and intravenous injection (4 cases, 40.00%).Therefore, the above data showed that "intravenous injection" only referred to intravenous administration without intravenous drip administration (47 cases, 78.33%); "intravenous injection" meant intravenous administration including intravenous drip and intravenous injection ( 13 cases, 21.67%).
