摘　　要：针对传动系统中需要频繁起动的短时周期工作制和需要调速的电动机,提出了一种基于正弦PWM控制的脉冲阻塞式交流变频同时调压控制原理的变频调压软启动器。用汇编语言对at89c51编写程序,单片机输出的高频SPWM信号经驱动电路后作为电源和负载间开关MOSFET的控制信号,从而将电源周期性的部分阻塞以此来改变输出电压的频率,同时在放行的时区斩波以此来改变输出电压的幅值。该变频调压软启动器可将传动系统中的软启动器变频器合为并一套。对其控制原理进行了详细的阐述,理论分析了控制策略,推导了基于Ac-Spwm的占空比通式,给出了器件型号、控制算法的流程图和部分实验波形,实验结果验证了控制原理的正确性和可行性。Consider short-termed periodic motors, which is required frequently started, and motors whose need speed regulation in drive system,a novel plugged-pulse based on sine pulse width modulation control principle, which convert frequency and regulate voltage simultaneously,is elaborated in detail. The output signal from at89c51 has been driven by drive circuit. Then the driven signal as control signal of MOSFET that is between grid and load. So the load gets the voltage with low frequency due to the power has been plugged. Meanwhile, the switch signal has been chopped during the time that the power has not been plugged.The resultant combination is that soft starter and frequency converter merge into one set. The control principle is introduced detail, the control strategy is analyzed theoretically,the duty-cycle equation of ac-spwm is deduced rigorously,the parameters of devices,the control algorithm and some experiment waveforms are given respectively in the paper.The experiment result does prove that the control principle is errorless.
