摘 要:迫降纠偏是对建筑物沉降较小一侧地基施加强制性沉降的措施,掏土迫降是目前软土地区应用较为广泛的一种方法,通过在建筑物沉降少的一侧的基底取土,人为地使该侧地基土支撑面积减少,在上部结构荷载作用下,使基底应力增加,土体在自重应力和附加应力的共同作用下,使该侧的地基土发生变形,强迫该侧基础下沉。对于年代久远的房屋,增加基础刚度后同样可以采用该方法,且效果较好。通过具体案例介绍,说明这一技术在实际工程中的应用。The correction of forced landing is a measure of forced settlement of the ground on the smaller side of the building. Forced settlement in soft soil area is currently widely used method,through the settlement of the side for less in the building of the earth,make the side soil support area reduced,as the moon in the upper structure load,the basal stress increases in soil gravity stress and additional stress interaction next,make the lateral deformation of the foundation soil,the lateral force of foundation sinking. For older houses,the method can also be adopted by increasing the stiffness of the foundation,and the effect is better. This paper gives a brief introduction to this technology and illustrates the application of this technology in practical engineering.
