高RAP掺量下旧沥青迁移率与拌和工艺的关系研究

摘  要:为研究高RAP掺量下拌合工艺对旧沥青迁移率的影响,本文选择AC-10沥青混合料,RAP掺配比例为50%,拌合因素考虑了再生剂的不同拌合方式、RAP预热温度(110℃,130℃)和RAP预热时间(1.5 h,3 h)三种。采用基于空隙率为控制指标的迁移率测试方法,结果表明:RAP掺配率为50%时的AC-10沥青混合料,拌合工艺对旧沥青的迁移率影响不大,均为85%左右,故不符合现行规范中旧沥青完全迁移的混溶假定。In order to investigate the effect of mixing process on the blending degree of aged binder within high RAP blending ratio asphalt mixtures,a 50% RAP Hot Mix Asphalt( HMA) mixture with the gradation of AC-10 are analyzed. Different mixing methods of regenerative agents,RAP's preheating temperature( 110 ℃,130 ℃) and it's preheating time( 1. 5 h,3 h) are considered as different mixing process. An air voids based method is used to measure the degree of blending( DOB) of aged binder. The results show that the mixing process has little effect on the DOB of aged binder when the blending ratio of RAP is 50%,the DOB of the aged binder is about 85%,which is not consistent with the assumption of fully DOB in current china specification.
