摘　　要：针对住宅屋面防水渗漏这一突出的质量问题,结合工程实例从监理质量管理和质量控制方面入手,强化验收和细部做法的过程监理等,通过提高监理工作质量保证了屋面防水工程质量。In light of the obvious residential roof seepage quality problems,combining with engineering examples,starting from aspects of supervision quality management and quality control,the paper stresses the acceptance check and specific construction process inspection,and guarantees the roof waterproofing engineering quality by improving the supervision work.
