摘  要:通过调整中和除铝、硅工序的技术参数,降低铬酸钠溶液铝、硅含量;改变煅烧窑窑衬材质,避免氧化铬增硅;控制铝粉和氧化铬中的铁含量,降低成品金属铬含铁量;通过改变配铝系数,同时调整铝粉和氧化铬的粒度匹配,达到成品金属铬低铝低氧的目的。最后生产出低铁、低硅、低铝和低氧金属铬,并实现低杂质高纯金属铬产品的逐步系列化。By adjusting the technical parameters of the process of removing aluminium and removing silicon, the con-tent of aluminium and silicon in sodium chromate solution is reduced. By changing the lining material of the calcining kiln, the silicon content of chromium oxide is avoided. Control the iron content of aluminium powder and chromium oxide to reduce the iron content of the finished metal chromium. By changing the aluminum distribution coefficient and adjusting the particle size matching of aluminium powder and chromium oxide, the aim of reducing the content of alu-minum and oxygen in the finished metal chromium can be achieved. Finally, low iron, low silicon, low aluminum and oxygen metal chromium is produced. And gradually realize the seriation of high purity chromium metal products.
