清脑降压片的高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：目的:建立清脑降压片指纹图谱,确定共有色谱峰在药材中的归属,并对指标性成分进行定量检测。方法:采用高效液相色谱法变换波长检测。结果:确定了14个共有色谱峰在药材中的归属,其中指认出8个化学成分,同时对制剂中的两种指标性成分进行定量检测。通过2012年130723版"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"计算软件得出的11批清脑降压片的相似度均大于0.90;两种指标性成分(286 nm测丹酚酸B、254 nm测芦丁)在各自的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997、0.9999)。结论:制剂与药材具有良好的色谱峰相关性,本方法可用于清脑降压片的质量控制,并为其他复方制剂的研究提供了参考。Objective： To establish the fingerprint of Qing Nao Jiang Ya tablet,to determine the attribution of common chromatographic peaks in crude drugs,and to detect quantitatively the target components. Methods： High performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）and wave length detection were used. Results： 14 common chromatographic peaks were identified in the crude drugs. 8 chemical components were identified,and 2 kinds of indicators in the preparation were detected quantitatively. Tested by 2012 130723 edition＂chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system＂software,the similarity of the 11 batches of Qing Nao Jiang Ya tablets is greater than 0.90; 2 index components（286 nm test,254 nm test of salvianolic acid B and rutin） in the respective concentration range have good linear relationship（r = 0. 9997,0. 9999）. Conclusion： The preparation and crude drugs have good correlation peaks. This method can be used for the quality control of Qing Nao Jiang Ya tablets,and offer reference for the research of other compound preparation.
