摘　　要：目的:探讨终池持续引流在神经外科患者中的应用价值,总结护理经验。方法:对我院67例神经外科患者在常规治疗的基础上实施终池持续引流,制订关键步骤的护理清单,观察留置时间和并发症的发生情况及处理结果。结果:总体使用情况良好,常见的并发症有导管脱出、堵管和穿刺点脑脊液漏,能够通过加强护理、生理盐水冲管和缝合漏口等处理改善,未见严重的并发症发生。结论:终池持续引流是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,配合有针对性的护理,可以有效控制病情,减少并发症的发生,临床疗效满意。Objective： To explore the application value of the terminal cistern continuous drainage in neurosurgical patients and summarize nursing experience. Methods： On the basis of routine treatment in 67 cases of neurosurgical patients,the terminal cistern continuous drainage was carried out,and the nursing care list of critical steps was developed,to observe indwelling time,complications and their treatment. Results： The overall condition of use was good. The common complications were catheter removal,blockage and puncture point cerebrospinal fluid leakage,which can be improved by strengthening the nursing care,injecting physiological saline into catheter,and ＂8＂ suture of cerebrospinal fluid fistula. No serious complications occurred. Conclusion： The terminal cistern continuous drainage is a safe,effective method. Strengthen the nursing care can reduce complications,and the application is worth promoting.
