摘　　要：目的:探讨黄芪多糖诱导乳腺癌细胞凋亡的作用。方法:应用形态学观察和流式细胞术等方法对黄芪多糖处理的人乳腺癌细胞进行检测和观察。结果:黄芪多糖处理后48h细胞具有典型的凋亡细胞形态特征;Western Blot结果显示,黄芪多糖处理后细胞的凋亡标志蛋白PARP降解产物增加。结论:黄芪多糖可以诱导MCF-7细胞凋亡。Objective:To investigate the apoptosis of breast cancer cells induced by Astragalus polysaccharides.Methods:Morphological observation and flow cytometry were used to detect and observe the human breast cancer cells treated with Astragalus polysaccharides.Results:It showed typical morphological characteristics of apoptotic cells after treated with Astragalus polysaccharides for 48 hours.Western blot results showed that the apoptosis marker protein PARP degradation products increased after the treatment with Astragalus polysaccharides.Conclusion:Astragalus polysaccharides can induce apoptosis of MCF-7 cells.
