摘　　要：目的:探讨美托洛尔治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:收治慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者88例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用美托洛尔,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:美托洛尔治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭的临床效果显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of metoprolol in the treatment of chronic systolic heart failure.Methods:88 patients with chronic systolic heart failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the treatment group added with metoprolol on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effects of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of metoprolol in the treatment of chronic systolic heart failure was significant.
