摘　　要：目的:探讨老年特发性血小板减少性紫癜的特点及治疗方法。方法:收治老年特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者50例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:老年特发性血小板减少性紫癜初始症状主要为皮肤黏膜出血;治疗方法主要为常规激素、白介素-11、丙种球蛋白冲击治疗、rh-TPO、免疫抑制剂、脾切除。结论:老年特发性血小板减少性紫癜的出血症状较严重,多存在合并症状,对患者实施对症治疗具有可行性和有效性。Objective:To investigate the characteristics and treatment of senile idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Methods:The clinical data of 50 elderly patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura initial symptoms mainly for skin and mucosa bleeding;the mainly treatment method were routine hormone,interleukin-11,immunoglobulin therapy,rh-TPO,immunosuppression,splenectomy.Conclusion:The bleeding symptoms of elderly patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura are severe,and there are many complications.It is feasible and effective to carry out symptomatic treatment for the patients.
