摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺与中药周期疗法联合应用治疗IVF-EI不良子宫内膜患者的临床疗效。方法:收治体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)失败患者80例,随机平分两组。对照组使用常规疗法,治疗组在此基础上加用针刺结合中药周期治疗,对两组治疗后IVF-EI不良子宫内膜血流改善情况及临床妊娠率进行分析。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组子宫内膜血流指数RI明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组妊娠率明显较对照组升高(P<0.05)。结论:根据中医辨证论治运用中药及针刺进行治疗IVF-EI不良子宫内膜效果明显,改善子宫内膜血流,有效提高妊娠率。Objective:To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine cycle therapy on IVF-EI bad endometrium.Methods:80 patients undergoing in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET) failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine cycle.The improvement of endometrial blood flow and the clinical pregnancy rate of IVF-EI in the two groups after treatment were analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the endometrial blood flow index(RI)of the treatment group was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical pregnancy rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,the use of Chinese medicine and acupuncture in the treatment of IVF-EI adverse endometrium treatment has obvious effect,which can improve endometrial blood flow,effectively improve the pregnancy rate.
