摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位埋线与骶管封闭治疗腰椎间盘突出症腰腿痛的效果。方法:收治腰椎间盘突出症腰腿痛患者120例,随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组采用一次性微创埋线针及PGLA线体腰部穴位埋线治疗,对照组采用骶管封闭治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分显著降低(P<0.05),但两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组复发率和并发症发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线与骶管封闭治疗腰椎间盘突出症腰腿痛效果相当,但腰部穴位埋线复发率较低、并发症少。Objective:To explore the effect of catgut implantation at acupoint and sacral canal closure in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with pain in waist and lower extremities.Methods:120 patients with lumbar disc herniation and pain in waist and lower extremities were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with one-time minimally invasive catgut embedding needle and PGLA thread waist point catgut embedding,while the control group was treated with sacral closure.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).The differences of recurrence rate and complication rate between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of catgut implantation at acupoint and sacral canal closure in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with pain in waist and lower extremities was quite the same,but the recurrence rate of catgut implantation at acupoint was low and the complications were few.
