反取皮植皮术结合VSD技术治疗大面积皮肤脱套伤的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨使用VSD负压封闭引流技术治疗肢体大面积皮肤脱套伤的效果及护理体会。方法:收治大面积皮肤脱套伤患者15例,采用VSD负压封闭引流治疗,观察护理效果。结果:术后,患者均愈合良好。结论:手术后保持患者正确的引流体位、持续合适的负压吸引、密切的观察和护理是VSD术后取得满意效果的关键环节。应用负压封闭引流技术治疗大面积皮肤脱套伤可减少换药次数,缩短住院时间,效果良好,且患者痛苦少,又减少了医务人员的工作量。Objective:To explore the effect and nursing experience of VSD negative pressure closed drainage technique in the treatment of limbs extensive skin degloving injuries.Methods:15 patients with extensive skin degloving injuries were selected.They were treated with VSD negative pressure drainage,and we observed the nursing effect.Results:All the patients healed well after the operation.Conclusion:After the operation,they were the keys to keep the correct drainage position,keep the proper negative pressure attract and keep close observation and nursing for satisfactory effect after VSD.The application of negative pressure closed drainage technique in the treatment of limbs extensive skin degloving injuries can reduce the number of dressing change,shorten the length of hospital stay,the effect was good,and patients suffering was less,and it can reduce the workload of medical staff.
