摘 要:采用甘氨酸-硝酸盐(GNP)法制备中温固体氧化物燃料电池(IT-SOFC)阴极材料SmBaCo_(2-x)Ni_xO_(5+δ)(SBCNO-x)(x=0、0.2、0.4、0.6和0.8),研究Ni元素的掺入对阴极物相组成、形貌、电性能、电化学性能和热膨胀性能的影响。结果表明:SBCNO-x最佳Ni掺量为x=0.2,煅烧温度为950℃,此时在750℃测得的界面极化电阻为0.221Ω·cm^2。掺杂Ni元素也适当降低了阴极材料的热膨胀系数。环境中的氧分压对于混合导体材料的电学性能有着较为显著的影响。SmBaCo_(2-x)Ni_xO_(5+δ)(SBCNO-x)(x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6 and 0.8) were synthesized by the glycinenitrate process(GNP) with different contents of Ni and employed as cathode material for intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cell(IT-SOFC).The influence of Ni doping on the phase composition,morphology,thermal expansion,electrical conductivity and electrochemical performance was studied.Results showed that SBCNO-x with optimum Ni content(x=0.2) calcined at 950℃ exhibited the lowest polarization resistance of 0.221 Ω·cm^2 at 750 ℃.The thermal expansion coefficient of SBCNO-x cathode was also reduced by Ni doping.The electrical properties of SBCNO-x were significantly affected by the oxygen partial pressure.
