摘  要:目的探究曲美他嗪对高龄慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者肾损伤的保护作用。方法选取2014年10月—2015年9月于凉山州中西医结合医院就诊的84例高龄(年龄≥80岁)CHF患者,按照治疗方法不同分成研究组和对照组,每组42例。两组均予以常规治疗,研究组在此基础上给予曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组治疗前后心功能、肾功能及肾损伤标志物变化情况,记录不良反应发生率差异。结果治疗后,两组心功能改善情况优于治疗前,且研究组心功能、肾功能指标及肾损伤标志物水平改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论曲美他嗪对高龄CHF患者的心、肾功能均具有保护作用,且治疗安全性较高。Objective To investigate protective effect of Trimetazidine on elderly patients with renal injury andchronic heart failure ( CHF) . Methods A total of 84 elderly patients ( aged≥80 years old)with CHF during October2014 and September 2015 were divided into study group ( n = 42)and control group ( n = 42)according to different treatment methods. All patients received routine treatments,and then study group was added with Trimetazidine. Changes ofcardiac function,renal function indexes and renal injury markers were compared,and difference in incidence rate of adverse reactions was recorded in two groups. Results After treatment,improvement conditions of cardiac function werebetter than those before treatment in two groups,and the improvement conditions of cardiac function,renal function indexes and renal injury markers in study group were significantly better than those in control group ( P 〈 0. 05) . There wasno significant difference in incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups ( P 〉 0. 05) . Conclusion Trimetazidine has a certain protective effect on cardiac and renal functions of elderly patients with CHF,and its safety is good.
