摘 要:根据国际大电网会议关于在运行SF6断路器调查报告结论,总结分析操动机构故障对断路器故障的影响;根据操动机构故障的主要诱因,从机构、工艺及维护等方面提出针对降低操动机构故障的建议;介绍了现今主要操动机构——弹簧操动机构以及新型操动机构:永磁操动机构与涡流斥力机构的研究现状与应用情况,并与传统操动机构进行对比。最后,立足于今后电网安全运行与智能化发展的需求,对操动机构的发展趋势进行了展望。Circuit breaker as the main equipment connected to the grid,its operating status is the key to safe operation of the grid. The operating mechanism acts as the core part of the circuit breaker,which directly determines the working condition of the circuit breaker. This paper,according to the CIGRE in the operation of the SF6 circuit breaker survey report,summarized the influence of the failure of the operating mechanism on the fault of the circuit breaker,according to the main cause of failure of the operating mechanism,proposed to reduce the operating mechanism failure; introducing the main operating mechanism——spring operating mechanism and new operating mechanism: permanent magnet operating mechanism and eddy repulsion mechanism,and its research status and application,compared to the traditional operation mechanism. Basing on the future development of safe operation and intelligent operation of power grid,the paper prospected for the development trend of the operating mechanism.
