摘  要:选取3个品牌不同电流等级的塑壳断路器进行试验。利用高海拔模拟试验室模拟2 000~5 000 m的气压环境,采集塑壳断路器(用于配电场合)的脱扣时间、温度等试验数据,开展热脱扣特性研究。结果表明,随着气压降低,同一电流等级的塑壳断路器温升加剧,脱扣时间变短;温度增长曲线的一次导数随着时间增长而减小。Three brands of different current grade of moulded case circuit breaker MCCB were tested. In high altitude simulation laboratory an atmospheric pressure environment of 2000 ~ 5000 m was simulated. The test data of the removal time and temperature of the MCCB( used for distribution) were collected,and the characteristics of thermal release was studied. The research results show that as the pressure decreases,the temperature rise of the MCCB with the same current level increases,and the tripping time becomes shorter. The first derivative of the temperature growth curve of MCCB decreases with the time.
