摘 要:为提高光伏并网系统的发电效率,改善并网电能质量,针对准Z源级联多电平逆变器(QZS-CMI)展开相关研究。在详细地分析准Z源逆变器的工作原理后,提出一种新型载波移相技术来控制H桥开关的导通,从而实现级联模块PWM的控制。为保证系统的可靠稳定运行,提出了电压电流双闭环控制策略。利用准PR等控制器,实现各级联模块母线电压的稳压控制和单位功率因数的稳定并网。仿真结果表明所建立的模型和提出方法的正确性和可行性。In order to improve the generation efficiency of grid-connected photovoltaic system and improve the quality of grid-connected power,according to the quasi-Z source cascaded multilevel inverter( QZS-CMI) the research was carried out. Baesd on analysis of the working principle of Z source inverter,this paper put forward a new type of carrier phase-shift technique to control the H bridge switch,so as to realize the control of cascade module PWM. In order to ensure the reliable and stable operation of the system,the parameters were designed on the basis of the voltage and current closed-loop control strategy,and many controllers such as the quasi-PR were used to improve the waveform quality. Finally,the voltage regulation of the bus voltage of each module and the stability of the unity power factor were realized. The simulation results show the correctness and feasibility of the proposed model and the proposed method.
