摘  要:为确保执行登顶作业前接触网供电系统的残余电压处于人体安全范围内,以保证机车车顶检修人员的人身安全及车顶设备安全,基于专业分析软件模块输出的环境电气参数数据,设计了一种新型远程接触网残压监测系统.该系统采用433 M无线通信技术及人机交互设备开发技术,对接触网残余电压和工作频率进行定时读取,并在Visual Studio环境下创建的MFC应用界面中进行记录及显示.实验结果表明:较传统高压验电设备,该接触网残压远程监测系统具有安全性能好、操作便捷、响应速度快、可靠性高及测量准确度高等优势性能,为进一步研究高效可靠的验电系统奠定了良好的基础,可以提升其在普列、动车检修等相关领域的市场价值.Based on professional analysis software module to output the electrical environment parameter data and innovative design of a new remote contact network residual pressure monitoring system,it was aimed to ensure that executive summit before contact with the residual voltage of the power supply system would be within the scope of human security,in order to ensure the safety of locomotive maintenance personnel safety and roof safety equipment.System used 433 M wireless communication technology and human-computer interaction equipment technology development to read from time to time to contact net residual voltage and frequency,and in the Visual Studio environment,it was created Microsoft Foundation Classes(MFC)application interface record and display.Experimental results showed that compared with the traditional high voltage electrical inspection equipment,the contact net residual pressure remote monitoring system was more reasonable and safe,convenient to operate,had high response speed,high reliability and accuracy advantages of higher performance measurement,further research on the efficient and reliable test power system would provide a good theoretical foundation,while improving its market value in Pleasanton,EMU maintenance and other related fields.
