摘　　要：为了提高硕士生论文的质量,通过审阅大量的硕士生原始论文,并与硕士生指导老师进行交流与沟通,发现影响硕士生论文质量的因素既有老师指导不到位,也有研究生自身认识不足;既有写作技能不高,也有写作态度欠佳,等.针对这些问题,提出了应提高指导老师、硕士生的思想认识,树立正确、积极的写作观,提高硕士生的文化素养,学习出版行业规范化知识,建立由指导老师、硕士生、编辑共同组成的硕士生论文质量联控体系,进一步提高硕士生论文的质量等.研究成果将为提高硕士生论文质量提供理论与实践依据.In order to improve the quality of master students＇ papers,by reviewing numerous master students＇ papers and communicating with academic advisors,it was found that the influence factors of the quality of master students＇ papers were not only the subjective cognition of teachers and master students,but also the writing skills and writing level. Many problems of writing of master students＇ paper were also analyzed in detail. In the light of the existing problems,the thought of improving the idea of guidance teachers and master students was proposed to establish the correct and positive writing views,strengthen the cultural attainment of master students,study the standardization knowledge of publishing industry,establish the quality control system of master students＇ papers which composed by the instructors,master students and editors,and further enhance the quality of master students＇ papers. It would provide a theory and technical support for improving the quality of master students＇ papers and making some contributions to improve the comprehensive quality of master students＇ paper.
