摘　　要：目的观察经鼻雾化不含卤素的糖皮质激素治疗急性分泌性中耳炎疗效。方法以2015年5月-2016年5月126例被门诊确诊为急性分泌性中耳炎患者随机分为2组:治疗组63例(92耳)采用普米克令舒鼻罩雾化给药,2mg/次,2次/天,雾化时患者可间断做吞咽动作;对照组63例(79耳)采用曲安奈德鼻喷剂喷鼻,2喷(110μg)/次,2次/天。两组治疗时间均为2周,其中患有鼻腔感染者均给以口服抗生素治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组有效率92.3%,对照组有效率79.7%,两组观察结果经统计学分析有意义(P<0.05)。结论经鼻罩雾化吸入普米克令舒治疗急性分泌性中耳炎临床疗效较好,值得推广。Objective To study clinical efficacy of nasal inhalation of nebulized glucocorticoid(budesonide) for treating otitis media with effusion. Methods One hundred twenty six cases of otitis media treated at the ENT clinic of the First Municipal Hospital of Qinhuangdao between May 2015 and May 2016 were divided into a treatment and a control group(n=63 each). Cases in the treatment group were treated with nasal inhalation of nebulized glucocorticoid(2 mg, bid), and those in the control group with triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray(2 sprays, bid), for two weeks. Antibiotics were provided if nasal infection was present. Results The rate of improvement was 92.3% in the treatment group and 79.7% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Inhalation of nebulized glucocorticoids shows good efficacy in the treatment of otitis media with effusion.
