摘  要:目的:建立免疫机能正常小鼠感染亚洲带绦虫囊尾蚴的动物模型,探讨小鼠感染率与孕节成熟度、次氯酸钠孵化虫卵时间、六钩蚴孵化后注射时间3种重要因素的关系,寻找最佳实验条件。方法:540只昆明种小鼠随机分为27组,进行孕节成熟度、虫卵孵化时间、六钩蚴注射时间3种因素的正交叉试验。观察各组小鼠存活及感染情况,60 d后剖杀,计算各组小鼠感染率、囊尾蚴数量;囊尾蚴用15%猪胆汁进行头节翻出计算翻出率,并观察其形态。结果:A1B1C1(1组)结果最佳,小鼠存活率为95.0﹪,囊尾蚴感染率94.7﹪,获得囊尾蚴数551个,头节翻出率97.2﹪。结论:建立免疫机能正常小鼠感染亚洲带绦虫囊尾蚴动物模型的最佳实验条件为绦虫孕节末端1~5节、0.5%次氯酸钠溶液孵化亚洲带绦虫卵4 min、六钩蚴孵化后1 min内注射。Objective: To establish an animal model of mice with normal immune function infected with Duyun Taenia asiatica cysticercus,explore the relationship of the infection rate in mice and maturity of gravid proglottids,the hatching time in sodium hypochlorite solution,and the injection time after hatching oncospheres,and find out the best experimental conditions. Methods: 540 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 27 groups. crossover? trial was carried out of maturity of gravid proglottids,the hatching time of eggs,and the injection time of oncospheres. Mice survival and immune conditions were observed. After 60 days the mice in each group were sacrificed to calculate the number of cysticercus infection with pig bile 15%,and their shapes observed. Results: It turned out that the survival rate of A1 B1 C1(Group1) was 95%,infection rate of 551 cysticercerci 94. 7%,and evagination rate of scolices 97. 2%. Conclusion: The best experiment conditions to establish the immune function of normal mice infected with Asia solium cysticercus was the extreme 1-5 of gravid proglottids,Taenia asiatica eggs hatching in 0. 5% sodium hypochlorite solution in 4 minutes. The strongest infection can be gained by injection1 min after hatching oncospheres.
