民族药结石草不同提取物的抗炎活性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究考察结石草水提取物不同处理方式的物质对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀抗炎活性的影响。方法:灌胃给药结石草水提取物、水提取60%乙醇沉法制得部分、水提取大孔树脂处理40%乙醇水洗脱部分、水提陶瓷膜处理1万至5千分子量部分、车前醚苷单体化合物以及阳性药醋酸地塞米松对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀抗炎活性的影响。结果:水提取60%乙醇沉法部分具有很好的抗炎活性。结论:水提取60%乙醇沉法部分工艺操作简单,环保,适合大规模的工业化生产,是最佳的生产工艺。Objective： To study the effect of water extract from Inarvillea argute Royle by different process on treating xylene induced ear swelling and anti-inflammatory activity in mice. Method： The following Water extracts were intragastrically administered： water extracts of Inarvillea argute Royle by 60% ethanol precipitation method,water extracts by macroporous resin with 40% ethanol elution,water extracts of 10 thousand to 5 thousand molecular weight by ceramic membrane treatment,Asiatic c plantain Ether glycoside monomeric compound and positive dexamethasone acetate. To observe the above extracts＇ effects on xylene induced ear swelling and anti-inflammatory activity in mice. Results： The method of water extraction with 60% ethanol precipitation has good anti-inflammatory activity. Conclusion Water extraction 60% ethanol precipitation process is simple,environmental friendly,suitable for large-scale industrial production and is the best production process.
