临床护理路径标准化管理应用在2型糖尿病健康教育中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究临床护理路径(CNP)标准化管理在2型糖尿病健康教育中的应用效果。方法选取2014年2月—2017年2月瑞安市人民医院内分泌科进行治疗的2型糖尿病患者86例纳入研究范围,分为干预组和对照组,对照组采用常规教育模式,干预组采用有针对性的NPC进行健康教育,对患者基本护理知识掌握情况、自我管理、心理调节方法掌握、基本用药常识和血糖监测方法 5个方面进行问卷调查评分,并收集两组患者满意程度、住院时间和治疗花费数据。结果干预组在基本知识、基本用药方法、心理调节方法、自我管理能力、血糖监测方法得分较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者满意度高于对照组,住院时间和治疗花费低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NPC标准化管理能够增强2型糖尿病的治疗依从性和自我管理能力,健康教育能够降低住院时间和治疗花费,提高治疗满意度,应在临床层面得到大力推广。Objective To study the affection of clinical nursing pathways( CNP) standardized management in type 2diabetes mellitus health education. Methods 86 patients with type 2 diabetes were treated with endocrinology in People' s Hospital of Ruian from February 2014 to February 2017. They were divided into intervention group and control group. The control group was treated with routine education model. The intervention group was targeted of NPC,the basic nursing care of patients with knowledge,self-management and psychological adjustment methods,grasp the basic knowledge of medication and blood glucose monitoring methods in 5 aspects questionnaire score,and collect the time and cost of treatment data of two groups of patients satisfaction hospital. Results The intervention group in the basic nursing care of patients with knowledge, self-management and psychological adjustment methods, grasp the basic knowledge of medication and blood glucose monitoring methods in 5 aspects were higher than contron,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05); the satisfaction rate of was higher than that of the control group,hospitalization time and treatment cost were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion NPC standardized management can enhance the treatment of type 2 diabetes compliance and self-management ability. Health education can reduce hospital stay and treatment costs, improve treatment satisfaction,be vigorously promoted at the clinical level.
