摘  要:为了配制耐磨性良的路面机制砂水泥混凝土,用0.45次幂曲线、8-18曲线和Taramtula曲线,优化集料合成级配.按优化后的比例,粗集料和细集料均匀混合,经捣实得到其堆积空隙率.按此空隙率的12.5~17.5倍,计算水泥净浆体积,得到单位水泥用量和用水量,并利用Shilstone的粗指数和工作性指数,评估集料合成级配和单位水泥用量.在实践中,发现集料合成级配直接影响单位水泥用量.因此,良好矿料合成级配是配制高性能水泥混凝土路面的基础.In order formulate the manufactured sand concrele with good wear resistance for road pavement the aggregate combined gradaton was optimized with 0. 45 power curve,8-18 curve and Tarantula curve. According to the optimized ratio of coarse aggregate and fine aggregate. they were evenly and tamped to get its acemulated porosity. According to this porosity 12. 5-17. 5 times,the volume of cement paste was calculated to get the amount of cement pre unit and the amount of water used,and more aggregate combined gradation and unit cement dosage were assessed with Shilstone's coarseness factor and workability factor. In practice it was found that aggregate combined gradation directly affected the amount of cement pre unit. Therefore it was the basis for the production of high performance cement concrete pavement that aggregeate combined gradation was good.
