影响子宫内膜异位症发病的相关因素调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨影响子宫内膜异位症(EM)发病的相关危险因素,为早期防治EM提供依据。方法回顾性选取2014—2016年期间在河南省科技大学附属三门峡市中心医院妇科住院期间确诊为EM的80例患者作为病例组,同时选取同期住院的80例非EM妇科患者作为对照组,比较分析两组患者的各因素,采用多因素Logistic回归分析EM发病的影响因素。结果病例组的初潮年龄、月经周期、产次均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病例组的结婚年龄、人工流产次数、痛经、不孕、妇科手术史均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析,初潮年龄、月经周期为影响EM发病的保护因素,人工流产次数、痛经、不孕、妇科手术史为影响EM发病的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 EM发病的危险因素包括月经初潮年龄小、月经周期短、痛经、人工流产、不孕、妇科手术史,应综合考虑以上危险因素早诊断、早治疗EM,从而提高EM的治愈率和降低复发率。Objective To explore the correlated risk factors of Endometriosis（ EM）,provide basis for early preventing and treating EM. Methods 80 cases of a definite diagnosis of EM of Department of Gynecology in Sanmenxia Central Hospital Affiliated Henan science and Technology University from 2014 to 2016 were retrospectively collected as case group,and meanwhile 80 cases of non-EM gynecology patients were collected as control group. Different influencing factors were compared between the two groups, and the correlated influencing factors of EM were screened by multiple factors Logistic regression method. Results The levels of age of menarche,menstrual cycle and parity in the case group were much less than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. But the age of marriage,times of induced abortion,menalgia,barren and gynecological surgery history in the case group were much lager than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Multiple factors Logistic regression analysis result showed that the factors of age of menarche and menstrual cycle were the protective factors of EM,but times of induced abortion,menalgia,barren and gynecological surgery history were the risk factors of EM. Conclusion The risk factors of EM contain low age of menarche,short menstrual cycle, induced abortion, barren and gynecological surgery history. We should comprehensively consider these above independent risk factors to early diagnosing and treating EM,in order to raise the cure rate and cut down relapse rate of EM.
