分区管理模式应用于儿童门诊护理中的效果和价值

摘　　要：目的探讨在儿童门诊护理中分区管理模式的效果和价值。方法选取2015年6月—2016年4月徐州市儿童医院门诊输液分区管理模式实施前后收治的120 000例患儿中按实施前后分为对照组和观察组,各抽查500例,调查患儿家属的护理满意度并对护理人员的护理质量和专业能力进行评分,比较分区管理模式应用前后的得分情况。结果观察组的护理满意度优于对照组,观察组就诊秩序和服务质量水平均优于对照组,且患儿开始用药时间缩短,护理人员的专业技能、专业理论评分均上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在儿童门诊实施分区管理模式能提高患儿的护理满意度,全面提高护理人员的专业能力,提高护理质量,有利于门诊服务的顺利开展,可见分区管理模式在儿童门诊护理中具有较高的临床应用和推广价值。Objective To study the effect and value of section management model in the pediatric outpatient nursing.Methods 120 000 children of Xuzhou Children’s Hospital from June 2015 to April 2016 were selected,divide the children into the control group and observation group according to the time of implement outpatient transfusion section management model,500 cases were extracted from the two groups sepreately,To investigate the nursing satisfaction of the family members of the children,and to assess the quality of nursing and professional ability of the nursing staff, compared the scores before and after section management model. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the order and the quality of service in observation group were better than that in the control group,the time of start medication time was shorten,the professional skills and professional theory scores of nursing staff increased, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Implement the section management model in the pediatric outpatient can improve the nursing satisfaction of the children,improve the professional competence of nurse staff comprehensively,improve nursing quality,make the outpatient service implement smoothly. so section management model is worthy of clinical application and promotion in the pediatric outpatient nursing.
