经闭孔无张力阴道尿道吊带术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的护理方法

摘　　要：目的研究以及分析经闭孔无张力阴道尿道吊带术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的护理方法。方法收集徐州市中心医院2015年9月—2017年1月收治的100例女性压力性尿失禁患者,年龄在33~65岁之间,在手术前后对患者进行必要的心理以及生理干预指导,在术后关注患者的生理状况,尤其是对排尿进行及时地关注,并对患者术后的一些并发症进行及时的预防以及护理。结果 100例患者均一次成功完成手术,手术时间25~56 min,在手术过程中患者出血量及其他生命体征均良好。手术进行后的第1、3、5、7个月进行复查,均无其他不良反应以及并发症,患者症状消失,手术比较成功。术后护理过程17例出现腹股沟部位以及大腿内侧疼痛,但是经指导后均自行康复。1例患者出现网片暴露现象,经医护人员的及时处理之后没有复发。结论细致的围术期护理手段配合经闭孔无张力阴道尿道吊带术极大提高治疗的成功率。Objective To study and analyze the nursing methods of transobturator tension-free vaginal tape for surgical treatment of female urinary stress incontinence. Methods From 2015. 9 to 2017. 1 months the Xuzhou Central Hospital Hospital admitted 100 cases of female patients with stress urinary incontinence,aged between 33-65 years old,before and after surgery for patients with the necessary psychological and physiological intervention guidance in postoperative physiological status of patients,especially urination timely attention,and some complications in patients with postoperative timely prevention and care.Results 100 operations were successfully completed,and the time was 25-56 min,and the amount of blood and other vital signs were smooth during the operation. There were no complications occurred on the first,3rd,5th and 7th months after the operation. The patient’s symptoms disappeared and the operation was successful. The postoperative nursing process showed 17 cases of inguinal area and medial pain in the thigh,but recovered after the guidance. One patient showed up with a sling,and after the doctors’ management,there was no recurrence. Conclusion Careful perioperative nursing methods in transobturator tension-free vaginal and urethral sling can greatly improve the success rate of treatment.
