摘  要:目的探讨药学干预对合理使用抗菌药物的影响。方法选取2013年6月—2014年5月在河南科技大学第一附属医院住院使用抗菌药物治疗的呼吸系统疾病患者180例,由本院临床药师对抗菌药物的使用进行了药学干预,作为干预组;选取2012年6月—2013年5月在本院住院使用抗菌药物治疗的呼吸系统疾病患者180例为对照组。利用HIS系统对所选的病例进行资料调取,包括患者基本信息,记录其使用抗菌药物的情况,包括具体药物、用药时间、抗菌药物费用等;统计使用率居前10位的抗菌药物、联合用药率、病原学检测率和不合理用药率。结果干预组阿奇霉素及头孢孟多酯使用率较对照组上升,头孢哌酮/舒巴坦使用率较对照组下降(P<0.05)。干预组联合用药率、不合理用药率较对照组下降,病原学检测率较对照组上升(P<0.05)。干预组住院时间及抗菌药物使用天数较对照组缩短,抗菌药物费用较对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论药学干预有助于促进抗菌药物的合理使用,改善药物的临床疗效,节约药物资源,减轻患者经济负担。Objective To explore the influence of pharmaceutical intervention to the rational use of antimicrobial agents. Methods 180 patients with respiratory diseases who were treated with antimicrobial agents in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from June 2013 to May 2014 were selected,the clinical pharmacists in our hospital took the pharmaceutical intervention for the use of antimicrobial agents,and they served as the intervention group;180 patients with respiratory diseases treated with antimicrobial agents in our hospital from June 2012 to May 2013 were selected as the control group. Using the HIS system to retrieve the selected cases,including the basic information of patients. Record the use of antimicrobial agents, including specific medications, time of use, and antimicrobial costs. The rate of utilization of antimicrobial agents among the top 10 in terms,the rate of combined use of drugs,the rate of pathogenic detection and the rate of irrational use of drugs were statistical utilization. Results The use rate of azithromycin and montelukast in the intervention group were increased than those in the control group,and the use rate of cefoperazone and sulbactam decreased than that in the control group( P 〈 0. 05). The rate of combined use of drugs and the rate of irrational use of drugs in the intervention group were decreased than those in the control group,and the rate of pathogenic detection increased than that in the control group( P 〈0. 05). The days of hospitalization and the days of antibacterial use in the intervention group were shortened than those in the control group,and the antibacterial cost was decreased than that in the control group( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Pharmaceutical intervention is helpful to promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents,to improve the clinical curative of drugs,to save the drug resources,to reduce the economic burden of patients.
