基于FLAC 3D数值模拟下软弱煤岩松动圈厚度分析

摘　　要：为分析各种因素对深部软弱煤岩松动圈厚度的影响程度,选用原岩应力、巷道断面尺寸两个因素进行数值模拟,分析不同条件下煤岩松动圈厚度变化范围。在理论上定性分析深部开采煤岩松动破碎变形影响因素基础上,以数值模拟为主,定性分析松动圈破碎范围。根据理论分析矩形巷道基本变形规律,确定巷道围岩破坏规律,对深部开采煤岩松动破碎变形理论定性分析。确定影响煤岩松动破碎变形的主要因素,选择合适数值计算模型。根据数值模拟结果,分析每个方向的粘结力变化的临界点,然后确定其点的坐标值以绘制每个正交实验的松动圈,找出巷道围岩断面最易发生变形失稳的关键部位,分析规律性的结论。确定了不同截面情况下松动圈随巷道埋深及断面尺寸的变化趋势和变化速率,分析得出规律性的结论。For the analysis of various factors on deep soft coal and rock the influence degree of the moving coil thickness, choose the original rock stress and roadway section size a numerical simulation of the two factors analysis under different conditions of coal and rock moving coil thickness range. In theory, the qualitative analysis of deep mining coal and rock open the influencing factors on the basis of broken deformation, give priority to with numerical simulation, qualitative analysis scope of loose ring broken.According to the rectangular roadway deformation law basic theory analysis,determine the damage rule of surrounding rock of roadway in deep coal Yan Song move broken deformation theory qualitative analysis.Determine the main factors affecting coal and rock move broken deformation, choose appropriate numerical model.According to the results of the numerical simulation analysis of the cohesive force changes in the direction of each point, and then determine the coordinates of points to draw each loose circle of the orthogonal experiment, identify the most prone to cross section of roadway surrounding rock deformation and instability of the key parts, analysis of the conclusion of regularity. Determine the different cross section cases loose circle trend along with the change of depth and section size of roadway and the rate of change, analysis of regularity of the conclusions.
