摘　　要：随着后工业时代的到来和旅游需求的转变,近年来工业旅游兴起。但是工业旅游在开发过程中,更多注重了对现有企业文化的展示而忽视了对其工业历史的表述。文章在阐释工业遗产与工业旅游关系的基础上,分析了陕西省工业遗产资源和旅游利用的现状,提出了全域旅游视角下陕西省工业遗产保护与工业旅游开发策略。With the arrival of the post-industrial era and the change of tourist demand,industrial tourism has come into being recently.But in the development of industrial tourism,more attention has been paid to the display of the existing corporate culture than on the industrial history.Based on the relationship between industrial heritage and industrial tourism,the author of this paper analyses the industrial heritage and the utilization of tourist resources in Shaanxi Province,and then puts forward some strategies for the global development of industrial heritage tourism.
