综合护理干预在晚期非小细胞肺癌放化疗中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨晚期非小细胞肺癌放化疗采用综合护理干预的效果。方法选择晚期非小细胞肺癌行放化疗治疗的患者130例,以随机数字表分为研究组与对照组,各65例。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上采用综合护理干预,对比2组放化疗不良反应以及干预前、干预2个月后的生活质量。结果研究组消化道反应、过敏反应、皮肤黏膜损伤、骨髓抑制的发生率为53.85%、33.85%、30.77%、27.69%,分别低于对照组的72.31%、52.31%、49.23%、40.00%(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组EORTC QLQ-C30量表中认知、社会、情绪、角色、躯体5项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对晚期非小细胞肺癌放化疗患者实施综合护理干预可有效缓解放化疗毒性反应,提高患者生活质量,适于在临床推广。ObjectiveTo explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in advanced non small cell lung cancer. MethodsA total of 130 patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer chemotherapy were enrolled in our hospital and were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 65 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the study group took comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The adverse effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy were observed and compared before and after intervention. ResultsThe incidences of digestive tract reaction, allergic reaction, skin and mucous membrane injury and myelosuppression were 53.85%, 33.85%, 30.77% and 27.69%, respectively, which were lower than 72.31%, 52.31%, 49.23%, 40.00%, respectively, in the control group （P〈0.05）. The cognitive, social, emotional, role and body scores of EORTC QLQ C30 in the study group were higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in advanced non small cell lung cancer can effectively relieve the toxicity of radiotherapy and chemotherapy and improve the quality of life of patients. So it is suitable for clinical promotion.
