胃镜治疗上消化道出血的优质护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨胃镜治疗上消化道出血的优质护理对策。方法选择上消化道出血患者100例,以随机数字表分为对照组与研究组各50例。2组患者术前均应用胃镜治疗,对照组采取常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上采取优质护理干预,对比2组围术期(术前、术中、术后)各项生理指标(DBP、SBP、HR)的变化、干预前后焦虑心理的变化、术后1个月时的生活质量。结果术中与术后,研究组DBP、SBP及HR指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后研究组重度焦虑者占比10.00%,低于对照组的38.00%(P<0.05),研究组无焦虑者占比60.00%,高于对照组的30.00%(P<0.05);研究组术后1个月时睡眠、精力、情感、躯体活动、疼痛与社会生活评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在胃镜治疗上消化道出血中采取优质护理对策效果满意,不仅能稳定患者的生理指标,还能缓解其焦虑情绪,提高生活质量,适于临床推广。ObjectiveTo analyze the quality nursing measures for upper digestion tract hemorrhage treated by gastroscopy. MethodsA total of 100 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group（n=50） and study group （n=50）. Patients of two groups were treated with endoscopy before surgery, the control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the study group was given quality care intervention on the basis of the control group. The changes of indicators （DBP, SBP, HR） in the two groups during the perioperative period （preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative）, the changes of anxiety before and after intervention, and the quality of life at 1 month after operation were compared. ResultsThe intraoperative and postoperative DBP, SBP and HR of the study group were lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of severe anxiety in the study group was lower than the control group （10.00% vs. 38.00%, P〈0.05）. The proportion of patients without anxiety was higher than that of the control group （60.00% vs. 30.00%, P〈0.05）. The scores of sleep, energy, emotion, physical activity, pain and social life were lower in the study group than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality care measures for upper gastrointestinal bleeding can stabilize the physiological indicators of patients, but also ease anxiety, and improve the quality of life.
