人性化护理干预在小儿重症病毒性脑膜炎合并呼吸衰竭中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理干预在小儿重症病毒性脑膜炎合并呼吸衰竭中的应用效果。方法选取100例重症病毒性脑膜炎合并呼吸衰竭患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组与研究组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组常规护理基础上开展人性化护理干预,比较2组护理前后功能康复情况、意识清醒时间、退热时间、惊厥消除时间、呕吐消除时间以及住院时间。结果研究组患儿意识清醒时间、退热时间、惊厥消除时间、呕吐消除时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);护理干预后1个月,2组患儿关节活动与疼痛、运动功能、感觉功能及总分均优于护理前(P<0.05),且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理干预在小儿重症病毒性脑膜炎合并呼吸衰竭中应用效果显著,能有效缩短症状缓解时间及住院时间,促进患儿康复,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of humanized nursing intervention in children with severe viral meningitis complicated with respiratory failure. Methods A total of 100 children with severe viral meningitis complicated with respiratory failure who underwent treatment in our hospital were selected as the subjects. All patients were divided into control group and study group,with 50 cases in each group. The children in the control group received routine care,and the study group was given humanized nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing care in the control group.The function recovery time,the time of fever,the time of seizure elimination,the time of vomiting elimination and the length of hospital stay were compared and analyzed. Results The time of awake,fever time,convulsive elimination time,vomiting elimination time and hospitalization time were shorter in the study group than the control group( P < 0. 05); After 1 month of nursing,The effect of joint activity and pain,motor function and sensory function were better than nursing before and study group was better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention in children with severe viral meningitis combined with respiratory failure has significant effect,can effectively shorten the symptoms of remission time and length of stay,and promote rehabilitation of children,so it is worth promoting.
