核心竞争力视域下济南市泉水保护机制研究

摘　　要：城市特色资源是城市核心竞争力的重要依托。当前济南城市发展中突出泉水保护,对于提升城市魅力、促进城市发展、塑造城市形象、实现生态发展具有现实价值。因此,应该客观看待泉水保护面临的制度机制不完善、资源利用率低、文化弘扬不够、科学研究不足等问题,坚持顶层设计与整体谋划,推进泉水相关产业发展,弘扬泉水文化,完善科学管理机制。The characteristic resource is the important support of the city＇s core competence. At present,the Spring Protection is important to the development of Jinan. So, we should objectively analyze the Constraints of the Spring Protection, and it is particularly important to promote the development of springrelated industries, promote the spring culture, improve the scientific management mechanism.
