摘　　要：由于我国建筑行业在发展过程中受到社会经济的影响,在发展过程中存在着许多问题,论文对建筑行业中的工程总承包项目管理常见的问题进行了详细的分析并提出相应的解决策略。Because of China＇s construction industry is affected by the social economy in the process of development, in the development process there are many problems, paper carried out a detailed analysis on the common problems in the construction industry project management and put forward corresponding solutions.
