摘 要:为探讨油团聚法制备超低灰煤的最优条件,采用三种不同的团聚剂对三种煤样进行油团聚实验,探讨团聚剂种类及用量、团聚时间、搅拌速度对团聚效果的影响。结果表明:当采用柴油作为团聚剂、团聚剂用量为15%、团聚时间为10 min、搅拌速度为1 500 r/min时,煤样团聚效果最好。此时三种煤样的灰分分别为3.54%、1.58%、1.52%,对应的回收率分别为55.13%、82.76%、81.07%。在此基础上改变药剂添加方式,发现团聚物的灰分分别降低了0.51%、0.15%、0.16%,提高了团聚效果,有利于超低灰煤的制备。This paper aims to explore the optimal conditions of preparation of ultra low ash coal by oil agglomeration. The exploration is focused on investigating the effect of agglomeration agent type and dos- age, reunion time, and the stirring speed on the agglomeration effect using three different aggregation a- gents on three kinds of coal by oil agglomeration experiments. The results reveal that using diesel as ag- glomeration agent, with the amount of agglomeration agent of 15%, the reunion time of 10 min, and the stirring speed of 1 500 r/min results in the best agglomeration effect, during which time, the three coal samples have the ash content of 3.54%, 1.58% and 1.52%, respectively; and the samples have the re- coveries of 55.13%, 82.76% and 81.07%, respectively. The consequent change in the way of adding drugs leads to the 0.51%, 0.15% and 0.16% reduction in ash agglomerates, improving the agglomera- tion effect and facilitating the preparation of the ultra low ash coal.
